OBJECTIVES

THE PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY AIMS TO:

• Develop the competencies of TVET trainer/ assessor to:

                           1. Plan and facilitate learning sessions using the competency                                   based training principles and utilizing multimedia                                             equipment.

                           2. Foster and promote a varied learning culture appropriately                                   and ensure the effectiveness of a supervised work-based                                     learning.

                          3. Ensure safety and a safe learning environment by maintaining                                 training facilities.

                          4. Conduct competency assessment properly in accordance with                                 competency assessment requirements and guidelines.
