Training Application Requirements

  • At least high school graduate

  •  2 pcs passport-size ID pictures (white background, shirt/polo/blouse must be with collar)

  • Down payment (50% of training fee)

Document Requirements:

Photocopy of the following:

1. NSO / PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
2. Diploma (High School or College)/Form 137 or OTR
3. Medical certificate that you are fit for training
(Chest X-ray result for welding course enrollees)

Registered Programs

Machining NC Level II

337 Hours

 This course is aimed for the trainee to acquire knowledge and develop skills, proper attitudes and describe work habits in General Machine Shop works. This provides the trainees the basic skills in metrology, blue print reading, turning, milling, grinding electronic discharge machining, and tool and cutter grinding.

 

 Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC Level II

196 Hours 

 This course aims to upgrade the knowledge and skills of electricians. It covers the preparation of electric plans, materials estimation, PEC regulation with regards to building wiring installation, service entrance and meter installation, basic motor control and electrical appliance repair, lighting and power circuit installation using rigid metal conduit will be applied in hands-on activities.

Graduates of this course are qualified to take the National Competency Certification Level II.

 

Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Lathe Machine Operation NC II
236 Hours

 This course is designed to provide basic technical skills and knowledge in CNC machining programming and CNC operations in CNC lathe and milling machines. This course will enable individuals to be able to interpret technical drawings, use precise measuring instruments, and understand metrology and metallurgy principles. Individuals who will finish this course can operate 2 to 3 axis CNC machines (lathe& mill).

This course is infused with conventional machining training in basic benchwork operations, basic conventional lathe machine operations and basic conventional milling machine operations.

 

Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Milling Machine Operations NC II

234 Hours

 This course requires that you have finished Machining NC II before enrolling in this training program.

The course is an upgrade to Machining NC II course where in an individual will possess technical skills and knowledge in CNC Machining Programming using manual and cam operations, perform set-up operations on a CNC Milling Machine and perform CNC Milling Machine operations on a 4 to 5 axis machine.

 

Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC Level I

268 Hours

 This course deals with the knowledge and skills in performing the different techniques in shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) process. It will provide the trainees with hands-on experience in arc welding mild steel plates in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. To pass the course, the trainees must meet the established minimum acceptable skill standard set by the industry.

 

Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC Level II

268 Hours

 This course deals with the knowledge and skills in performing the different techniques in shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) process. Gas Metal Arc Welding NC II

268 Hours

This course provides trainees with the technical knowledge and skills in welding using the MIG process. Trainees in this course are trained to deposit weld using the complicated equipment of GMAW. It utilizes the arc welding process in which the heat for welding is generated by an arc between a consumable arc and adjacent areas of the base metal. The areas are protected from atmospheric contamination by a gaseous shield provided by a steam gas, mixture of gases fed through the electrode holder.

 

Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) NC II

268 Hours

This qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to weld carbon steel plates and carbon steel pipes components as specified by layout, blueprints, diagrams, work order, welding procedure or oral instructions using GTAW equipment.

Automotive Servicing NC Level I

156 Hours

 This consists of competencies that a person must achieve to perform basic engine servicing, removal and installation of vehicle components for both diesel and gasoline-engine powered vehicles. This is packaged from the competency map of the Automotive Industry (Service sector).

 

Automotive Servicing NC  Level II

676 Hours

 

It is designed to augment the trainees in their knowledge, attitudes and skills as automotive service technicians in accordance with industry standards. This includes full understanding on both theory and hands-on on both mechanical and electrical automotive systems, competencies in workplace communication, teamwork, use of hand tools, safety and good housekeeping.
