MISSION

The RTC-Baguio, in partnership with the public and private sector, promotes, develops and delivers Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs and projects that enhance employability, productivity and competitiveness of the Filipino work force.

OBJECTIVES

• Attain distinction as a training provider in engineering technology;

• Model the implementation of a responsive, relevant and dualized Competency-Based Curriculum;

• Deliver a self-sustaining industry-led training delivery;

• Serve as a venue for Life-Long Learning and 21st Century Skills;

• Merit awards from local and international TVET accreditation bodies;

• Establish and maintain quality technology learning laboratory; and

• Develop higher level TVET curricula consistent with industry and international standards.
