Cong. Mangaoang: more scholarships for Kalingas


TABUK CITY, Kalinga- About 82 beneficiaries of the government’s anti-poverty program, more known as 4Ps, successfully graduated from various training programs under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP). The STEP was funded by the Office of Congressman Allen Jesse Mangaoang and implemented by TESDA-Kalinga and the Provincial Training Center-Kalinga.


During the graduation ceremonies on October 22, 2017 at Davidson Hotel, Kalinga, the beneficiaries received their training certificates and allowances .


“We are delighted with the result of this skills training collaboration with TESDA- Kalinga and hopefully we can look for additional funding for the succeeding years to come,” Cong. Allen Jesse Mangaoang said in his speech.


RD Efren Piñol thanked Congressman Mangaoang for his invaluable support and urged the graduates to use their education and training to go after their goals in life. He told them that TVET, coupled with discipline and determination, will surely lead to success.
