The TESDA-Cordillera Administrative Region is looking for qualified applicants for the hereunder position/s:

1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph; 2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable) 3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and 4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records. 5. List of trainings attended with certified photocopy of training certificates 6. Service Records for Gov't Employees or Certificate of Employment for non Government Employees 7. For government employees only: a copy of previous appointment; 8. Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office; 9.Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
