Project KaLingA
TESDA- CAR Regional Director, Engr. Manuel B. Wong graced the graduation ceremony of Project KaLingA at Babalag West, Rizal on October 09, 2020.
Together with the Poverty Reduction Livelihood and Employment Cluster (PRLEC) members, RD Wong witnessed the remarkable occasion of the sixty (60) graduates in Organic Agriculture Production NC II and Carpentry NC II, respectively.
