Technical Education and Skills Development Authority- Cordillera Administrative Region (TESDA-CAR) Acting Regional Director, Engr. Manuel B. Wong (Middle) explained to Philippine News Agency Baguio- Bureau Chief Liza Agoot (Left) that the newly-registered Aero-space and Industrial Manufacturing Technology is being implemented by Regional Training Center (RTC) -Baguio in partnership with MOOG Controls Corporation.)

He said that the partnership between TESDA and MOOG Controls Corporation is proving to be an effective collaboration between the government and the private sector.

Meanwhile, TESDA Regional Training Center administrator, Hector Laguardia (Right) noted that the partnership has led to the training for machining, producing specialized items made specifically to suit the products of Moog Controls Corporation and the aerospace industry.

He said that in the Philippines, there are only three training institutions providing such skills-- one in Davao, the other in Cebu and the RTC in Baguio City.
